A graduate from King Georges Medical College, Lucknow. Masters in Orthopaedic Surgery from the same institution in 1990. Has recieved extensive training in trauma and Joint replacement surgery.

• Training in Joint Replacement Surgery from 1991-1994, at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.

• Further training at Johannes Gutenburg University, Mainz Germany.

• AO Fellowship, Davos, Switzerland.

Dr. Garg has been performing Total Knee and Total Hip Replacement surgery, and also Hip Surface Replacement Surgery since last 13 years. He has performed close to 300 hip replacements and about 150 knee replacements till date. For the past one year all replacement procedures are performed using computer navigation technique for greater accuracy and precision. Currently he is working at Vivekananda Polyclinic and Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow as Senior Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon since last 10 years and is also associated with Nishat Hospital, Lucknow and Forrd Hospital, Lucknow.
